California here we come

Staying at step-family's house in Rehovot, I overheard the magic words blaring from their 15 year old son Doron's stereo:

California here we come, right back where we're starting from, California, California, here we come...

The OC starts, either tonight or very soon, in Israel. It's been around for two years in North America. Hearing those magical words, however, I had a very "circle of life" kind of moment. The OC reminds me of home, but it is here too.
